5 Minutes to Happiness
When things go wrong, give yourself five minutes. Learn to have a short memory when it comes to difficult events.
Give yourself five minutes to bitch, blame, kick yourself, insult yourself and/or give yourself a pity party.
BUT THEN, FAIR IS FAIR!
Give yourself 5 minutes to talk yourself up, brag about your ability to come back, pump yourself up, remember past difficulties that you overcame, focus on your achievements, flex in the mirror while listening to the Rocky theme song (wait, that got a little too personal and real )
The point is, learn to let things go!
Kick ass!
